Mr. Akeem Bernard Ross was born on January 18, 1994, in Rock Hill, South Carolina to Wendy Ross and Ronald Burris.

Akeem attended South Pointe High School. Akeem loved football, basketball, his family, friends, and especially his children. He was very helpful, respectful, and passionate about his love for life.

Akeem is predeceased by his grandmothers, Deborah Dianna Ross, and Lois Davis. As well as his grandfathers, Henry James Rhinehart and Ben McCollough.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his father, Ronald Burris; his mother, Wendy Ross; his daughter, Hattia Lamon Ross; his sisters, Shakka Ross, and Jasmine Ross; his brothers, Terry Ross, Anthony Ross, John Ross, Travonte Ross, Henry Ross, Antonio Ross; his aunts, Laquandra Ross, Sunya Ross, Shea Ross, Jackie Davis, Von Davis, Lucille Mackey, Mary Davis, and Dorothy Davis; a host of other relatives, family and friends.
