Alfred “Bobo”Jerome Stinson

Mr. Alfred Jerome Stinson, of 814 Jefferson Avenue, Rock Hill, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest on March 9, 2024. He was born in Chester County South Carolina, the son of the late Mr. Percell Stinson and the late Mrs. Doris V. Stinson.

He attended the public schools of Rock Hill, South Carolina and Brooklyn, New York. He was employed at the Rock Hill Housing Authority upon returning to South Carolina. He worked for Springs Industries in Chester, South Carolina and Carolina Coating. He enjoyed working in his garden and sharing his produce with friends and family.

Mr. Stinson is survived by two daughters, Ms. LaSandra Robinson and Ms. Atarsha Stinson all of Rock Hill; one son, Mr. Perron Stinson of Rock Hill; five grandchildren, Mr. Christian Robinson of Orangeburg, Ms. Terrin Stinson, Mr. Tamir Stinson, Ms. Tekerah Beck, Mr. Tommy Daniels III all of San Antonio, TX; three sisters Ms. Barbara Robinson (Charles), Ms. Catherine Johnson, Ms. Cynthia Stinson all of Rock Hill. He was preceded in death by his brother Mr. James Stinson and a host of aunts, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
