Arleathia Miller Douglas

Arleathia Douglas, 68, was born on July 6, 1956 in Rock Hill, South Carolina to James Robinson, and the late Thelma Paige. She transitioned to eternal rest on February 9, 2025 at her daughter’s home.

Arleathia attended Northwestern High School. She worked for a year as a caregiver at Visiting Angels. She was a faithful and dedicated member at the Church of God of Prophecy for over 30 years.

Arleathia was a beautiful soul to everyone that she encountered. She would brighten up any room with her beautiful smile. She loved her grandchildren dearly. As we all know, she adored her granddaughter, Zekiya Knox, whom was very special to her.

The wisdom she gave was without compromise to what was right or wrong to anyone. She was a Mother of Zion to so many people that needed that motherly figure in their life.

Arleathia was proceeded in death by her husband, David Douglas, mother Thelma Paige, sister Lisa Collins, son Lamaris Miller, brothers, Larry Miller, Darryl Miller, and James Robinson.

She leaves to cherish her everlasting and loving memories of her is her children, Sonya Knox (Zedrick), Darnell Miller (Stephanie), James Miller (special daughter in love Shana), and Shawanna Miller; her siblings, Roy Miller (Mattie), Vicki Jennings (James), Roy Boyd (Vanessa), Regina Robinson, Drusilla Gaither, Stephen Robinson, Melvin Robinson (Beverly), and Marvin Robinson; grandchildren, AJ Miller, Shay Miller, Judah Miller, Judayah Miller, Ar’Keria Beasley (Dwayne), Nate Dunifer, Trey Dunifer, Zaquan Knox, Zekiya Knox, Zeneria Knox and Tydalla Miller; a host of grands, cousins, friends, nieces, and nephews.
