Mr. Charles Patrick Mills of Rock Hill, South Carolina was born on August 17, 1973. He departed his earthly life on May 22, 2024 at Prisma Health Parkridge in Columbia, SC. He is the beloved son of Karen Mills Burris (Cornelius) and the late Robert Mills.

Patrick graduated from Rock Hill High, Class of 92. He worked at Campbell's Snacks in Charlotte NC for 5 years.

He is the grandson of the late James H. Mills and Mary Mills and Mattie May Cherry Curbeam, great-grandson of Cynthia Robinson, Judge and Aslee Blair.

He was proceeded in death by his brother-in-law, Edward Hopkins, daughter, Rodniqua Dixon and sister-in-law, Tracey Howze.

Left to cherish his wife, Tomicko Robbins Mills; daughter, Shania Mills (Devion) of Gastonia NC, LaShawn, JasLyn Dixon and Monique (Matthew) of Greenville SC, Victoria Burris of Charlotte NC; ten grandchildren; brother, Robert Mills (Missy); sister, Lorie Mills and Michelle Mills of Rock Hill SC; aunts, Rosa Mills, Sharon White of Rock Hill SC; uncles, Sgt. Charles Mills (Judy) of Knightsville, FL.
