Mr. De'Harion Lee Mobley, 32, of Rock Hill, South Carolina, departed this life on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at Atrium Health in Charlotte, North Carolina.
He gave his life to Christ at an early age and joined his family church, Mount Zion Baptist Church in McConnells, SC. He brought light, laughter, and love to all who knew him. He was a son, brother, friend, and father figure whose presence left a lasting impact. Known for his big heart, strong spirit, and unwavering loyalty, he had a natural gift for making people feel seen, heard, and valued
Whether through his humor, his hustle, or his ability to show up when it mattered most, De'Harion lived life with boldness and authenticity. He was someone who loved deeply and protected fiercely.
His legacy is not only in the memories he leaves behind but, in the lives, he touched with his kindness and strength. One of his favorite sayings was "You know what" and you can always catch him singing and dancing or sitting at the table waiting on his mother to fix his plate, he loved her cooking.
He received his Bachelor's from Clemson University and his Master's from Concordia University.
He was a dedicated member of Call Me Mister at Clemson University.
De'Harion was a devoted teacher for the past 9 years. He was awarded Teacher of the year 2024-2025 at Chester Park-COLT. He was the Varsity Head Volleyball Coach for the Lady Cyclones at Chester High School. He has taught 2nd, 4th and 5th grade. He also mentored and tutored. In his spare time, he enjoyed working at Connolly's on fifth and reading chapter books and hanging with friends.
De'Harion was born April 22, 1993, to Harry and Ella Mobley at Mercy South in Pineville, NC.
De'Harion was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Willie and Maggie Hall, paternal grandparents, Charles O. and Pauline Mobley.
De'Harion is survived by his parents, Harry and Ella Mobley of Rock Hill, SC; sisters, Claudetrish Reid-Campbell (Sheldon), Jennifer Bryson (Billy) both of Rock Hill, SC, La' Bre Mobley (Victor) of Charlotte, NC; nieces, Claudejah Reid, India Bryson, Aniyah Bryson and Brielle Mobley all of Rock Hill, SC; nephews, Dorian Crawford, Dakota Mobley of Rock Hill, SC; best friend, Lukas Faris of Mint Hill, NC; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
