He was preceded in death by his brothers, Charles Belton (Johnnie Mae Belton), Robert June Barnette, Dana Barnette, Sammie Barnette; aunt, Luellen Jackson and sister-in-law, Rence Barnette; godson, Darwin "Beetlejuice" Crawford.
Freddie was educated in the York County Public Schools. He served in the United States Air Force. He was a Painter and Construction worker. Freddie also worked at Industrial Mill.
He was a member of the Sterling Lodge #344, Director of Beauty and Talent. A Member of the A Team.
Freddie leaves to cherish his memories, his son, Deronald White; two bonus sons, Frederick Stowers and Desmond Stowers; one sister, Annie Cat Barnette; three brothers, Melvin Barnette (Evelyn), Larry Barnette (Deborah), Tommy Barnette all of Rock Hill SC, Ray Lowery (Diane) of York, SC; two sisters-in-law, Isabell Barnette and Juanita Barnette; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
