Karond Damell Durham

Karond Damell Durham was born on August 27, 1986, in York County, South Carolina, to Danny & Kimberly Durham. He departed this life on Monday, February 26, 2024, at Novant Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte, North Carolina.

He attended the Rock Hill Public Schools. He was a member of Harmony United Methodist Church, where he gave his life to Christ at a young age.

Karond loved attending family gatherings, watching game shows, and playing video games. He showed interest in technology (computers & phones) and dogs. He also loved to lend a hand when needed. He looked forward to ordering his favorite food (pizza) every Thursday night.

He was Preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Tomesene and Lola Dunham, and maternal grandfather, Issac Durham.

Karond leaves to cherish his memory, his parents, Danny and Kimberly Dunham of the home; brothers, Robert Durham, Keyoba (Jackie) Durham, and Dontae Massey, all of Rock Hill, SC; uncles, William (Gwen) Dunham of Catawba, SC, Willie Rolland (Annette) Dunham of York, SC, Craig (Brenda) Dunham of Rock Hill, SC, Eric (Lena) Durham of Chester, SC, Rick Durham and James Durham, both of Rock Hill; aunts, Catherine D. (Jimmy) Barnes and Landra (Freddy) Dunham, both of Rock Hill; Kelly Dunham of Syracuse, NY, Deborah Whitlock, Gail Whitlock, and Cheryl Durham, all of Rock Hill, SC; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
