Margie Mack Dixon

Beloved wife of John A. Dixon, Sr. and daughter of the late James and Mattie Mack, was born in Spartanburg County on January 04, 1948. She departed this earthy life on November 19, 2023 at Piedmont Medical Center after an illness.

Mrs. Margie attended Spartanburg County Schools. She worked at Smith Enterprise for 31 years. Margie also went to Friendship College in 1968. She has been retired from work for several years. She was a very devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother to her loved ones. She loved to cook and do cross-word puzzles.

She leaves to mourn in her passing, her husband,John Dixon, Sr.; one son, John Dixon Jr., one daughter, Tonya (Corey) Crockett; two brothers, Lonnie (Mary) Mack of Spartanburg, SC and Bobby Lee Mack of NJ; two sisters, Deloris Ann Mack and Maydella (Charles) Hunter both of Spartanburg, SC; two sisters-in-law, Doris (Robert) Minton and Betty Jean Dixon; three brothers-in-law, Donnie, Lavon and Charles Dixon all of Rock Hill, SC; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other loving relatives and friends.
