Mr. Rashawn Jacques La’Kendrick Sibley gained his wings and went home to be with the Lord, at the young age of 29 years old, on July 1, 2024. Mr. Rashawn Jacques La’Kendrick Sibley was born February 11, 1995, in Rock Hill, South Carolina, to Mr. and Mrs. Rico and Charlene Sibley Degraffenreid and Mr. Champ Frazier.

Mr. Rashawn Jacques La’Kendrick Sibley, fondly known as “Joc”, had a heart of gold. He was a lover of the Dallas Cowboys and Boston Celtics. Mr. Rashawn Jacques La’Kendrick Sibley graduated from Rock Hill High School, Rock Hill, South Carolina in 2012. He was formally employed at Ross Distribution Center and U.S. Food Service.

He is survived by his loving parents; Mr. and Mrs. Rico and Charlene Sibley Degraffenreid and Mr. Champ Frazier,; the apple of his eye, his daughter, Lil Miss Jordyn Sibley; three brothers, Quantavious Sibley, Rico Degraffenreid, Jr., and Cory Waldon; two sisters, Chantez Degraffenreid and LaChasity Waldon; grandparents, Beatrice Sibley, Willie McCloud, Joe Willie Jackson, and Freddie McCloud; nine uncles, Joseph Sibley (Tamera), Chris Sibley (Candice), Terrance Douglas (Takila), James McCloud, Keewon Degraffenreid, Wilbert Patton (Latoya), Adrian Williams, Dweilder Williams, and William Jackson; ten aunts, Anna Sibley, Darlene Sibley, Tina Jackson, Rose McMullen, Debra Long (Melvin), Landra Frazier, Monica Barber, Angela Patton (Antwon), Shameka Degraffenreid, and Katie McMullen; his beloved girlfriend, Akeey Clyburn; special cousins that were raised as siblings, Jamieka Cherry, James McCloud, Jr., Ja’Lisa Sibley, De’Angelo Patton, Maurice Burris, and Justin Lee McCoy; godmother, Kenyata Gregory; god brother, D’Nique Gregory; god sisters, Ky’ania Jackson and Tashay Taylor; best friends; Shaayasia Hood, Elexis Caldwell, Sandifer McCullough, and Zaytoven Walls; and a host of great aunts, uncles, cousins, family, and friends.
