Vaser Lee Wright

On December 7, 2023, at 12:22 a.m., at Piedmont Medical Center, Vaser was called home to live with his Lord and Savior. He was born on June 6, 1050, in Huntersville, North Carolina to the late Mr. Julius Young and Mrs. Annie Louise Morrison. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Kamilah Neely, and brothers, Mr. Melvin Morrison and Mr. Gussie Wright, Jr.

He was a graduate of George Fish High School in Fort Mill, SC. He worked as a custodian for the Charlotte Mecklenburg School System, and later became the head custodian for McClintock Middle School. He later moved to Idlewild Road Elementary School. Vaser loved watching action movies, taking long rides in his car, watching his favorite football team, the New England Patriots, beautiful women, and eating crab legs.

Vaser leaves to cherish fond memories, his brothers, Henry M. Morrison (Judy) of Anderson, SC, Clarence Young and James Young; sisters, Sarah E. Huston (Jerome) of Garden City, GA, Mamie Guy and Faye Moore (Lawrence), both of PA, Carol Miller, Lillie Cunningham; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Your sympathy during our recent loss will long be remembered. Thank you sincerely for all that you have done for us in our time of need. Thank you for the many ways you helped us during the loss of our loved one. We deeply appreciate your kindness.
